You can hear it and you can feel it - the holidays are here! While we look forward to some relaxing down time, it’s also really important not to forget about your garden maintenance. If you are going away for the holidays, make sure you have someone who can take care of this while you are gone. During the summer months we experience a lot of rain, and it is our peak growing season. Not only do our plants grow quickly and need to be trimmed, but weeds follow suit. Please love the bees! Garden pests love the summertime, and they may be annoying but it is important to know which species are pests and which are not. We want to eliminate those insects that negatively impact our gardens, without hurting those that don’t, such as snakes.
